| Order Placement |
When ordering, please be sure to specify the complete part number, including the suffix designation.
Orders may be placed with any authorized Acon representative or directly with the factory by email,
phone, mail, or fax. All orders must be confirmed by a written purchase order (by fax or email) and
will be acknowledged by Acon within one week after the receipt of the customer's purchase order.
Minimum net billing per order allowed is $50.00.

| Prices |
All prices quoted are F.O.B. South Easton, Massachusetts, USA in U.S. dollar. Applicable federal, state and
local taxes are extra and paid by the buyer. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quotations |
All quotations issued by Acon, Inc. are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.

Discount |
Discounts are available for large quantity orders. Please consult with your local Acon, Inc.
representative or the factory for pricing details.

Terms |
Payment terms are 30 days from the day of shipment. Subject to prior credit approval.
|

|
Delivery |
Unless a specified method of shipment is indicated by the customer, the best available method will
be used.

Warranty |
All Acon products are guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment against defects
in material and workmanship. Any defective units will be repaired or replaced under the terms of the warranty,
provided that the unit has not been operated other than in accordance with its specifications and/or has not
been mishandled or physically damaged. This warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired or
altered except by Acon, Inc. In no case shall our liability exceed the original purchase price and the buyer
agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profits,
lost sales, injury to person or property or any other incidental or consequential losses) shall be available to
the buyer. This warranty is extended directly by the manufacturer and is the sole warranty applicable.
Acon, Inc. does not recognize other warranties or guarantees, oral or written, expressed or implied.

RMA |
All returns require a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number assigned by Acon, Inc. Please contact the factory
for assignment and shipping instructions.
